A rejection is cool. I understand, I get it, and no worries or hard feelings. Even a "form letter" type of rejection is cool. Here's what's not so cool: For those of us (meaning me) who have a last name that could easily be a mistaken for another first name, if the spelling is not carefully read, then just address the rejection: Dear <insert
FIRST name here>. I prefer that, than my rejection to read:
Dear Vitoria. Otherwise, we're good. Great and thanks!
Rejections suck. Rejections that are poorly or impolitely expressed suck double.
